LA TOSCANA - Rome internet ADSL, a/c, lift, apartment rental

We recently rented the “La Toscana” apartment for 5 days for a family of 6. Making the reservation was a breeze. The owner was extremely helpful, offered to arrange car service from the airport. The place is near Termini train station which is a central hub of all public transportation and a few minutes walk only. A bus also stops in front of the building. The apartment was immaculately clean, nicely furnished, the two bath rooms are in very good condition and the kitchen is fully equipped. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Towels provided as well as free WiFi. It was an ideal place for us with four kids. The owner was easy to reach with any questions. She really went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. She even reserved car service for us to go back to the airport. We can strongly recommend this place especially for bigger families or groups of people. We will certainly return next time we visit Rome.

The apartment was fantastic -- clean, spacious, comfortable. The location was convenient (close to Termini).

Very good and quiet location - just 5 minutes walking from the Termini train/bus station, which is also a very convenient underground station - just 5 mins from the Colliseum and Rome centre. The apartment is well-equipped, both with the furniture and dishes. No tv (but who needs one when coming to see Rome). Wifi was a real saver, which adds to the positive sides about the flat. Welcome gift was a very nice surprise. The owner was also very helpful and always in touch. Will definitely stay here if come back.

We have just returned from a wonderful three days in Rome. The apartment was a great success - it was well furnished and well appointed and the location was in a frisky district we liked much. The owner has been very helpful and gave us a lot of tips about restaurants, 'pizzerias' and happy hour bars. Highly recommended.

Siamo ritornati da una splendida vacanza nella meravigliosa Roma. Splendida perchè, oltre al fascino indiscusso della città, il tutto è stato ulteriormente abbellito dall''appartamento che rispetta totalmente le foto riportate sul sito. Inoltre le camere da letto sono silenziosissime per l’affaccio su tipici cortili. E'' comodissima la vicinanza del metrò e soprattutto la fermata dell’autobus appena di fronte al portone. Decisamente da consigliare.

Appartement très bien situé, à 5 mns à pied de la station de métro place Vittorio et près de la station Termini,proche de toutes commoditées. Propre et lumineux et assez bien équipé. Le contact avec la propriétaire, et ses renseignements, ont été très apprécié. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour, nous nous y sentons si bien que nous reviendrons plus que probablement l'année prochaine !

Logement juste pour y dormir, accessoires cuisine très limités, exemple pas de cafetière électrique ....
