Location was great. Very near the Vatican. Apartment was complete with all the necessities. Owner was very gracious and friendly and helpful. We stayed in the unit May 29 to June 2, 2013.

The apartment was super cute and felt bigger than we thought it would because of the 10 foot ceilings. It was very clean and we had no problems. The owner was a wonderful host, very attentive and readily available if there was a problem. We would definitely stay at this flat again on our next trip to Rome. This is especially a great place for a pilgrim to Rome to stay since it's a less than 10 minute walk to St. Peters. The restaurants near the apartment are nice (great coffee shop about a block up) and there is an open air market two blocks away and a grocery store about 100 feet from the door. We were on a budget for our stay and cooked several meals from the flat with no problems. There are dishes, pots, pans, and cooking oils and vinegar already stocked. Don't worry about it being a third floor flat since there is a small elevator.

The owner is an excellent host - the best we could have hoped for! While he wasn't there to greet us personally, he made sure everything was in order for our arrival. We arrived a bit earlier than check-in, but we were able to leave our luggage at the accommodation while the cleaner, went about cleaning the apartment. He was always in contact with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable, and we always felt comfortable to contact him if we needed to ask any questions. Definitely worth the stay, not only for the great location, but for the great host.

As a family of four we have to say that the apartment was really well located particularly for its proximity to the Vatican. However it is also in easy proximity of Rome's major attractions by public transport. We found the apartment to be clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that were needed. What makes this place particularly special is the support and advice that our host gave to us. He was always available from arrival and anytime during our visit should any problems or questions arise. This included a warm welcome, advice and support during our visit through to even helping us by booking a cab for the trip to Roma Termini on our departure to Venice. A highlight was the owner meeting us and introducing us to a fantastic local cafe and his guidance on local etiquette. Rome is an exciting and electric city - having someone like he not only making his accommodation available but giving his guidance and advice made our first stop in Rome and first introduction to Italy a fantastic start to our holiday. We are happy to recommend this apartment to anyone seeking accommodation for their first visit to Rome.

Notre hôte est de bon conseil et accueillant , l'appartement est à 5 minutes du vatican à pied les transports en commun en bas du logement pour se rendre au centre historique de Rome , le logement est bien équipé , propre , confortable. Agréable séjours.
